At Appleby Jewellers, we want you to adore your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all jewelry remains in its original, unworn condition with the security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
